If you sign up for corporate fitness between September 22 and October 31, you’ll receive a €15 gift card. On top of that, you’ll automatically enter the draw for a fully arranged Winter Trip to Milan!

If your employer isn’t part of the program, unfortunately you won’t be able to join this campaign.

Go to sportenwerkt.nl, fill out the participation form, and then log in to MijnFitnessplan with the access code from your employer. There, you can choose the subscription that fits you best.

You’ll only qualify for the campaign if you meet these conditions:

• *You’ve submitted your details at sportenwerkt.nl

• *You’ve signed up for a corporate fitness subscription via mijnbfnl.nl

You can pick from popular options like Bol, Ikea, Decathlon, Zalando, De Efteling, Thermen Resorts, Ticketmaster, Wehkamp, a weekend getaway, or a national cinema voucher.

The prize is a fully arranged trip for two to Milan, Italy (worth €10,000). It covers:

• *Round-trip flights

• *Hotel stay

• *Transfers between the hotel and the airport

Corporate fitness is a benefit offered through your employer, giving you up to 50% off your gym or sports subscription. You decide where and how you want to work out – from the gym to swimming or yoga – always nearby, always affordable.

Yes, you can start corporate fitness anytime. But keep in mind: only when you sign up during the campaign period will you receive the free gift card and enter the draw for the Winter Trip to Milan.

No problem! As long as you activate your subscription between September 22 and October 31, you’ll still receive your free gift card and be entered into the Winter Trip ticket draw – even if you start using your subscription later.

The campaign is open to employees of organizations connected to BFNL who use the digital MijnFitnessplan platform.
